Pretty easy boss, spam Graviga on it's horn until you're out of Magic and attack him with air combos to regain it all back. As always run under him when he charges his laser and make sure to get far enough away after you knock him out so he doesn't hit you on the rebound. Make sure you remember he lunges at you near the beginning of the fight (it's the only time he does this).
