Darksiders 2 (Xbox 360) Game Breaking glitch at the end of The Kingdom of the Dead

Game progression and game breaking glitch at the end of the second act. This is a long highlight as I wanted every action I preformed caught as something I did along the way may have caused the glitch. As of now I'm still stuck.

Darksiders 2 (Xbox 360) The Wailing Host Boss Glitch
