Megaman X2 - Elevator Skip NJ Strategy

Skipping the elevator using the Neon Jump trick. You pretty much do everything the exact same way as normal, but you add a Neon Jump to the end to ensure you don't miss the elevator. It's not faster or anything, just more consistent for people like me who are bad at the trick.
